Support WorkerLocation: Sprowston, Norwich, NorfolkSalary/Hourly rate: £10.69 per hourService type:Adults with Learning Disabilities, Community Day ServiceContract type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover 9 Months, Full-TimeWe are Independence Matters, a provider of adult care services in Norfolk.Do you enjoy being proactiveDo you love working with likeminded peopleWe are looking for Support Workers to join our Sprowston Community Hub Service on a Fixed Term for 9 months.You dont need experience, we provide full training. We hire people who are aligned with our values, proactive and have a can-do attitude.We want to work with you to give you the skills you need to become an excellent support worker.With a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that may include shifts throughout the week and weekends.Our customers are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such, duties may include supporting customers to develop independent living skills, socialise, experience a range of activities, and to live a life as independently possibleBenefits and RecognitionIn return for your hard work and passion you will receive fair pay and have access to a wide range of rewards and benefits as one of our valued colleagues:
