Job Description

REED are working with a well-respected insurance company who is seeking an experienced claims handler to join their team.The successful candidate will have experience working within General Insurance, dealing with Property Claims and living in the central belt particularly the Falkirk and Stirling areas.The role includes: Processing new claims Updating clients Updating internal databases Manage ongoing claims Answer customer enquiriesThe right candidate will have: Excellent organisational skills Experience of claim handling within the insurance industry Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customer Effective use of Microsoft office packages including word and ExcelThe hours included are working MondayThursday 9:004:30 and Friday 9:003:30pm.
