Job Description

Based at Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including FacilitiesManagement, Health & Safety, Recruitment, Vehicle Fleet Management, Maintenance & Repairs, Telecommunications & IT to name just a few of our responsibilities.You will be employed on a 12-18-month government backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work-based training whilst working towards a qualification in Customer Services Practitioner Level 2. Within the business we have fantastic career progressionopportunities for future development upon completion of your apprenticeship.Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role would be desirable
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car would be beneficial as you may be required to work in other locations of our business.
