They are looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / Trailer Technician to join their site in Springburn.HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / Trailer Technician Job Role:·On site diagnostics of faults with the plant equipment·Completion of safety inspections and repair of trailers and tanks·Strip and repair of cargo pumps·Documenting and filing service information/records·Completion of all work in accordance with manufacturers guidelinesEssential Skills for the HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / Trailer Technician ·Experience working on walking floor and moving floor trailer·NVQ level 3 in Maintenance or equivalent (or time served)·Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and pneumatics ·Experience of working on Curtain/PSK/Container trailers/and road going tanks·Class 1 license (optional)·Experience fitting axel’s to trailersTo apply to my HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / Trailer Technician please send an up to date CV to:.
