HR Generalist / HR Business Partner / Human Resources / HR Advisor / HR Officer / Employee RelationsWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a fixed term contract of 12 months, to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of this being extended or becoming permanent. The HR department works across both schools.The RoleThe HR Generalist enjoy a busy and varied role, where no day is the same. You will support and lead on numerous HR related activities such as, meeting managers in allocated areas on a weekly basis, using your HR expertise to provide guidance and support to help manage our brilliant teams. The team are currently implementing a HR system and so any prior experience of this will be advantageous.
