Manufacturing Production Operative£10.74 per hour + Shift Pay (1.33x) + Overtime + Full Training + Pension + Excellent Company BenefitsThis role is 37.5 hours per week - working 2 weeks on Days (Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday) then 2 weeks on Nights (Monday to Thursday)Southwell, Nottinghamshire (Commutable from: Newark, Mansfield, and East Nottingham)Do you have experience of working within a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment, looking for a Monday to Friday role within a successful and profitable global businessThe pay rate will increse to £11.44/hour in April so first year earnings will be £25591 plus overtime. The client is happy to interview before Christmas so you could be in a new permanent role for the new year!On offer is a highly varied role within an excellent and clean working environment with opportunities to further develop your career.You will receive full training and the opportunity to boost your earnings through shift allowance, bonus and lots of overtime (Mon-Sat overtime x1.5; Sun overtime x2). You will also get 25 days holiday and an enhanced pension. The role is to support production and manufacturing tasks working to GMP (good manufacturing practices) . The Role:

Permanent, full time position working days and nights as a General operative within manufacturing
Various production tasks
Use EFACS/ERP IT system
Full training provided

The Person:

Working experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment is advantageous
IT literate and reasonable maths skills (a maths test will be part of the interview)
Due to location and working hours a UK driving licence / vehicle is strongly preferred
