Amazon Operations Executive

Job Description

MinsterFB is looking for an Operations Executive to support our clients and their supply chain/finance teams when it comes to supplying and getting paid by Amazon. This is a specialist role so we aren’t expecting applicants to have experienceof exactly this work, but any experience in order management, warehouse operations, store or office customer fulfilment would be advantageous. What’s important is that you:

  • Are great at problem solving through your ability to figure out how processes work
  • Have superb attention to detail
  • Are comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Are confident in Excel, leveraging large data files into manageable insight
  • Are comfortable working with people from different roles and different companies with a variety of working styles to problem-solve together
Key Roles & Responsibilities:You will:
  • Become proficient in Amazon’s online order portal so that you can answer client queries, offer training and also support our internal teams
  • Run end-to-end process reviews onsite with clients to identify issues and help them put solutions in place to improve process efficiency
  • Interrogate Amazon’s data either on the Amazon portal or within our own data hub to spot supply and invoicing problems, identify trends and insights and find likely solutions
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritise workload
  • Confident use of Powerpoint, Word and especially Excel
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualification:
  • Preferably Educated to Degree Level with evidence of ability in Maths and an affinity with online/ IT being advantageous
  • If you are not a graduateyou will be considered if you havea history of delivery in a similar environment
Salary & Other Benefits:
  • £22,000 p.a.
  • Annual holiday entitlement is 33 days(inclusive of bank/public holidays) in the complete holiday year

Location:
  • Minimum of two days a week from Southwell Office (mandatory)
  • When working from home you will be staying in regular contact through Zoom and MS Teams.

Job Details:
  • Work hours are, Monday to Thursday 9am until 5.30pm, Friday 9am until 3pm
  • This job unapologetically is online / on screen.Howeverwith the flexibility that fantastic global internet coverage provides you will be able to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 4 consecutive weeks a year.
  • Inadditionemployees are entitled to a 3mth unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of continuous employment
