Are you passionate about helping students through their learning journeyWe are currently looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to support SEN and SEMH students. As schools are getting ready to go back to school the demand for Teaching Assistant is increasing. We work with a variety of mainstream and specialist schools in your area so rest assuredwe will be able to support with finding the work thats right for you!Job Requirements:

Experience working with children who have complex emotional needs
The ability to recognise situations and ensure de-escalation before disruption
Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary
Demonstrate an understanding of how pupils learn and how to meet their individualrequirements
A genuine level of care and want for helping students thrive
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs
