Job Description

Sales Executive - Consumer Packaged Goods IndustryNeville and More is a successful and rapidly growing company, providing creative primary packaging solutions to support the growth and development of consumer brands. You will see the results of many of our projects in well-known high street and on-lineretail outlets.During the recent pandemic, we have remained fully operational and benefited from a 30% increase in sales revenues by providing essential packaging components to support the life science industries such as pharmaceutical companies, the NHS and hand sanitiserproducers.We recently received an award as one of the fastest growing companies in Sussex, two years in a row.Our key markets include Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Personal Care, Food, Beverage and Household.Your key role as a Sales Executive is to develop the sales of Neville and More to Key Accounts and Prospects.This involves:

  • Business retention, development and building long-term profitable relationships with existing clients
  • Prospecting, identifying, securing and developing profitable business with new clients
  • Visiting Key Accounts, prospects and exhibitions throughout the UK and Western Europe
  • Project management
  • Product costing and meeting sales and gross margin KPIs
  • Maintaining regular contact with key clients using the latest video conference call technology
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of new product and supplier capabilities
What you need:
  • Proven experience of successful consultative selling in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven success in nurturing long-term business relationships
  • Natural curiosity and a thirst for learning
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal, written and listening
