The Role Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will spearhead the sales operation, managing a sales team of 6. Current turnover c£15M. The appointed Regional Sales Manager will utilise all of their leadership and management expertiseto build on current success and exceed commercial targets.Key Responsibilities

30% of the Regional Sales Managers time will be front line selling. Managing key client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth within the territory.
70% will be managing and improving the sales team performance. Encouraging and maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times.

Required Experience

Prior experience in a Senior Sales role or a Player Manager role is essential.
You must be independent, driven and organised.
Experience within a distribution or manufacturing business is desirable.
Experience managing within a similar high volume consumable product environment would be advantageous.
You will reside within an hours commute of the territory.
