Job Description

Job title: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Southwater (temporarily based from home due to COVID)Salary: circa £25,000 Hours: 35Closing date: 10am Thursday 15th October 2020Are you a talented Marketing Executive looking to use your offline & online direct marketing experience in an organisation whose cause you really care about If you are, we can’t wait to hear from you!In the decade of our bicentenary, and operating in a world that’s more complex and challenging than ever before, we’re determined to continue increasing our reach, impact, and effectiveness.As a Marketing Executive in the RSPCA, you will be joining a high performing team that’s responsible for growing our committed giving supporter base to enable the RSPCA to continue preventing cruelty, promoting kindness and alleviating suffering of all animals.This role has a direct impact on fundraising income delivering regular giving and cash recruitment campaigns through DRTV, Digital Telephony and a range of Offline channels.What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and delivering Donor Recruitment activity through multiple channels including integrated campaign activity, managing multiple campaigns at any one time
  • Monitoring and communicating campaign performance in-line with plans/against objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
  • Producing and presenting campaign results, reports and analysis within required time frames. Presenting detailed evaluations and analysis on all owned channels using various sources including supplier reports and industry knowledge.
  • Keeping abreast of industry news and developments and ensure all knowledge is shared with donor recruitment and donor development teams
  • About you:You will have a flexible approach to work and will be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.You will share our values of being compassionate, inspirational, committed, expert and act with integrity. In addition you’ll have:
  • Direct marketing experience (essential)
  • Proven project / campaign management skills
  • Print and / or digital knowledge
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital KPIs
  • Strong ability to multi-task on-going campaigns
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent
