Job Description

Our client, a market leading Estate Agency in South Bristol, is currently seeking a determined, motivated, well presented Sales Negotiator, with a proven track record of hitting targets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good market knowledge of the South Bristol area and at least 12 months recent property sales experience.The role of Sales Negotiator involves but is not limited to; qualifying potential purchasers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. Negotiating offers and working closely with the Sales Progressors to ensure that the sales progress smoothly to completion.It is essential that you are an instinctive team player, in order to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both vendors and purchasers, ensuring that you exceed their expectations.Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in property sales
  • Experience of valuing properties would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • A "true" team player
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and a self-starter.
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • A desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence and use of your own car.
  • Additional InformationWorking hours are 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday (alternative Saturdays).Saturdays - 9am - 5pmSalary: Extremely competitive basic salary, plus commission Required skills
