Job Description

Package: £20,000 - £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£50K OTE Year 1) (£70K Year 2) (£85K Year 3)With offices in London, Bristol and soon to be Chicago, our client dominates the FinTech recruitment space. FinTech is a highly lucrative market, with average fees of around £20K in the UK and $40 in the US! Meaning some graduates are taking home £90K intheir first year! As well as huge earnings, our client believes in organic growth, 100% of the management team started out as grads! Despite the highly lucrative market, the culture doesnt reflect this, the culture is extremely collaborative and relaxed!The Role:

Recruitment is a proactive sales role, in which you will be working towards targets and KPIs
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Attend client meetings
Source candidates using databases, social media etc

Requirements:

Recent graduate, 2 years solid sales experience or 6 months recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
