Bridge View Medical is a Primary care Network with 4 merged practices in South Bristol with c38,000 patients cared for by a team of 130 plus dedicated Partners and staff. We are proud recipient of Academy Teaching Practice Award.We are looking for an experienced Governance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract.This role is in place to ensure Bridge View Medical is developing strong CQC assurance and improvement processes and working collaboratively towards outstanding levels of health outcomes.All of the Practices which merged to become Bridge View Medical were rated as good in their last inspections. We do recognise that the activity of completing the merger, and at the same time managing the increasing demands on our services, has prevented us effectively reviewing our existing processes and ensuring effective oversight. This role will therefore enable us to have this central control and impetus.
