Job Description

Junior Estimator/Surveyor RequiredFull timeSalary negotiable dependant on experienceThe position will be based in South Woodham Ferrers, EssexWes Futures Ltd Specialising in suspended ceilings partitioning glazing and joinerySectors: Commercial, Industrial and Education in and around the London area.About the role:

  • Pre and post tender estimating
  • Preparation of quotations/BOQ
  • Procurement materials and labour
  • Variation costing breakdowns
  • On and off-site measuring
  • Programme of works and labour review
  • Contract Review
  • General admin as necessary
    • Person Specification:
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally
  • Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
  • Must be flexible in hours of work
  • Good time management, orderly, methodical and reliable.
  • UK driving licence
  • Willing to learn all aspects of the role
  • Proactive and hardworking
