Job Description

Our client based in Whitstable are recruiting an Injection Mould Team Leader for the night shift (Mon-Thur 6pm-6am) you will be managing a night team of 8 people and working in a manufacturing setting.The main purpose of the role will be to manufacture the products and ensure that production standards relating to safety, quality, outputs and cost are met.Responsibilities:

Start up and shut down of the various processes

Complete product/tool changeovers

Guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and their work

Continuously review stock levels within the factory

Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest stands and supervise high levels of housekeeping within the factory areas

About you:

Previous experience with injection mould machines

Demonstrable experience of managing a team

Have a good understanding and knowledge of Health and Safety and environment standards for self and others

Organizational and leadership abilities

Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner
