Job Description

Our client a market leader within manufacturing with offices across Europe and the UK who have ambitious plans for growth within the UK are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative at their East Kent office for a 12 month fixed term contract.The main focus of this role is to provide customers with first class customer experience taking ownership of key client accounts and managing the customers expectations from the initial order right through to the end process.This role is all about providing the highest level of customer service, being mindful of potential client issues and troubleshooting along the way. Processing the clients orders, keeping the client abreast of issues within their order and making the process streamlined and seamless.Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquiries and general customer liaison;
  • Account management of key clients, liaison with clients daily via email and telephone;
  • Ensuring all documentation is reviewed correctly, obtaining clarification of details from customers and ensuring discount authorisations are completed;
  • The overall management and handling of large project orders;
  • Provide a high level of customer service and have good administrative skills.
  • The ideal Candidate:
  • High level of customer service skills;
  • Must have previous experience of client account management;
  • Have a strong attention to detail;
  • Able to use initiative with the support of the team leader, effectively manage own workload being able to work under pressure;
  • Have superb communication skills and have an outstanding telephone manner.
