Job Description

Title: Personal Development CoachLocation: TynesidePay: £17.00 Per HourDuration: Full time, temporaryWhat’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a Progress Coach

  • To plan and deliver effective sessions on a range of topics - sessions will cover employability skills, CV writing, job searches, Fundamental British Values and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
  • To liaise with the teachers and head of departments for students needs and requirements
  • To help with career advice, job searching and career meetings such as UCAS applications
  • To set and review SMART targets.
What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role
  • Experience within FE, teaching, or education
  • Experience with teaching or supporting students
  • Experience of delivery workshops, lessons, or sessions to individuals. Ideally within employability or personal development.
