Your MissionIn this pivotal role, you will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters. Daily tasks involve providing expert advice on inheritance tax, preparing IHT accounts, and crafting tailored Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Your proficiencyin Probate will be crucial, and your ability to deliver outstanding service will help maintain the firms reputable standing. Qualified Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE in private client work.
Experience in Probate Work: A proficient level required, STEP qualification preferred.
