This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career within a highly regarded practice. The successful candidate willbe part of a supportive environment that values professional growth and delivering an excellent client service.Day to Day of the Role:

Managing a varied Private Client caseload with a focus on non-contentious probate matters.
Handling estate administration work, including advice on inheritance tax and preparation of IHT accounts.
Drafting and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for a diverse range of private clients.
Ensuring all client work is completed to the highest standards of accuracy and legal compliance.
Working towards fee income targets and contributing to the practice’s growth and success.
Providing exceptional service to clients, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years+ PQE with previous experience managing a Private Client / Probate caseload
Ideally STEP qualified or working towards it (the client will support you with this)
Proven track record of managing your own caseload.
Commitment to achieving fee income targets.
Dedication to providing excellent client service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
