Job Description

My client, a successful and ever growing manufacturing organisation based in South Tyneside, is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their team, initially on a 6 month FTC. The role has potential to get extended / become permanent for the rightcandidate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment – posting job adverts, CV screening, arranging interviews, issuing contracts
  • Process new starter and leaver forms
  • Update and maintain employee records – holiday, sickness, parental leave etc
  • Work closely with payroll ensuring any changes are implemented
  • Support with onboarding
  • Right to work checks and references
  • Report creation
  • General admin tasks as required by the senior HR Team
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Recent experience of working within a similar role
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Able to build relationships internal and external stakeholders, delivering excellent service at all times
  • High standard of personal integrity, understanding the need for total confidentiality and data protection matters
  • Excellent IT Skills (knowledge of SAP is desirable)
  • Strong communicator
This is a full time role which will be fully office based until completion of training. Hybrid working is offered thereafter.Salary offered: circa 24KMy client is looking for someone who can start with their team within the next couple of weeks so you will ideally have little or no notice.
