Job Description

Applicants:You will have solid customer service/call centre experience and have fantastic communication/social skills, you must be able to relate to others and you should be naturally friendly and approachable and have great all-round IT skills.You should be available to start straight away and be available long term.Employer Overview:Due to high business levels my client requires new team members and expect the temporary assignments to last a minimum of 3 months. Initial interviews will be held on Teams/telephone and if selected you will be offered an on-site trial/assessment (3 hours),if successful you will be offered a start date.The South Shields location is within 5 minutes of central bus and metro routes in South Shields and free car parking is available on site. Free teas and coffees are provided in the office.Hourly Pay: £10.50 + £1.27p holiday pay = £11.77 CombinedWorking hours: 9am to 7pm Monday to Thursday - 37 hours weekly.Employer Culture:Relaxed, positive, vibrant and supportive and structured working environmentFlexible attitude to individual daily workload management as long as call targets are metCasual dress codeIdeal Candidates:

Role Description:On behalf of your clients (education/course providers) you will telephone current and former students to gain invaluable feedback on courses they have attended. This information is then used by the learning providers to plan/improve training effectiveness,gain funding and to improve courses for future students.There is no selling involved within the role as you are simply calling the students to conduct post training research. Solid training is provided, and continued support is always available.
