Job Description

Are you an experience administrator with excellent customer service skills looking for a new and exciting challenge Our reputable client based in South Normanton are looking to hire a Customer Support Administrator to join their growing business.To be considered for the role, youll require the following essentials:

  • Have effective time management skills to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Experience in MS Office, SAP, and web-based platforms
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help customers whilst being patient and empathetic.Within this position, youll also be:
  • Completing administrative work and processessing information and enquiries
  • Answering incoming calls within a busy office
  • Dealing with customer service enquiries
  • Processing cash, staff orders, and sales
  • Taking ownership of customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Updating customers on order/delivery status
