Job Description

Are you a motivated, driven individual with a passion for Property, interested in working in Dubai and earning a tax-free salaryIf so, we are currently looking for Sales and Lettings Negotiators to join our clients, a well-established and expanding property company in Dubai. The role will be working on a commission-only basis, with full support and training provided. Our clientsare happy to consider experienced or non-experienced candidates and are seeking personable and driven individuals with strong customer service backgrounds. You will be supported by a strong Senior team, including the owner of the business, with commissionspaid weekly.Working hours:As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full timeThe successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • OTE of £50,000 - £100,000 tax free
  • 50% Commission on properties let or sold, increasing to 80% based on performance.

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role, you must have the following:
  • Passion for Property
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
  • Excellent Customer service
  • Driving Licence
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
  • Booking and attending Viewings
  • Booking and attending Valuations
  • Negotiating on Properties
