Job Description

Well respected consulting company in the city require a very experience QA Director / Head of QA to support their Medical device client on a mission critical transformational assignment. As a Head of Quality you report directly to the COO and leaverage yourknowledge to tranform the QA department with their class 3 medical devices and establish a new QA landscape. This is a pivotal role and will shape the QMS, harmonizing quality across their US based arm where you will be assisting with and advising on the implementationof Master Control in their US office.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the transformational journey to enhance their quality organisation.
Drive quality initiatives in Scotland the US and Vietnam.
Collaborate closely with the COO, located in the Glasgow office.
Implement quality harmonisation across two distinct businesses.
Develop a transformation strategy for quality enhancement.
Engage with an experienced team of QA professionals, focused on Class 3 medical devices.

Qualifications:

15-25 years of industry expertise in QA.
Transformational mindset and experience.
Proven leadership with a strong ability to engage at all levels.
Gravitas and a track record of making quality work.
able to travel to Scotland frequently as well as the US and Vietman occasionally.
