Job DescriptionWere looking for General Managers to join our Talent Pool in the SouthWe’re the most well-known Bingo Brand in the UK and we’re looking for Managers to be a part of our journey to become one of the best places to work, as well as play.Our Bingo venues sit at the heart of our communities, providing a memorable experience to our customers and teams… we’d love to hear from people who are passionate about Bingo and understand the need to have people agenda at the heart of everything we do.You don’t need to have a background in Bingo; all we ask is that you have experience of running a site whilst keeping a team motivated and productive, who excite and entertain our players, a growth mindset with a focus on expanding the local customer-base,a passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business that inspires those around them.You will be responsible for shaping and influencing the business to drive its success whilst acquiring and retaining customers and delivering a memorable experience in a safe and responsible way.Not sure whether to apply We’re happy to hear from people within the Leisure, Hospitality or Retail business.
