Job Description

Due to the nature of the site candidates must be aware that a high level of Security Clearance will be required prior to starting. Candidates will need to provide evidence of 10 years+ British Citizenship or British Naturalisation to be successfully appointed. JOB PURPOSE To provide a welcoming, courteous and polite Front of house Service in accordance with approved client procedures. To act as local interface between client and onsite staff. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professional FOH service
  • Manned reception desk service
  • Hostess service – Meet and greet
  • Provide a visitor reception service
  • Provide security pass inspection
  • Take delivery of post items
  • Receive reports from Building users
  • First Aid Trained
  • Pass management
  • Lost property
  • Telephony service - answering/ re-directing calls]
  • Event management support
  • Escorting of visitors if required
  • Information management - (i.e. direction finding / orientation for visitors, providing local knowledge on amenities/ transport)
  • Maintain the mail log and distribute mail when required
  • What we are looking for
  • Customer care
  • Efficient and courteous manner
  • Able to handle difficult customers
  • At least 1 years previous experience of providing corporate front of house services
  • Professional handling of security entrance requirements
  • The following technical competencies are required for the role, but training will be provided:
  • Previous experience of operating CAFM
  • At least 1 years experience of using switchboards
  • Previous experience with AV Equipment.
  • Mitel telephone system knowledge
  • First Aid certificate
