We will consider consultantsfrom all sectors as we strive for growth!About Us:We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an award-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our client base spanning multiple sectors including: Sales & Marketing, Admin & Customer Service, Finance & Accountancy,Technical & Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing and Care & Education.Key Responsibilities:Securing the best talent for our clients whilst also bringing new business to the company you will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of your desk and division, identifying new clients and sourcing suitable candidatesfor their vacancies either on a permanent or temporary basis.

  • Identify and secure job opportunities with both new and existing clients
  • Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements
  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
  • Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required
  • Manage and proactively develop client relationships
  • Establish and agree terms of business with new clients
  • Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Monitor responses/applications received
  • Make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure all necessary administration is completed for clients and candidates
  • Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector in order to consult with candidates and clients
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients
  • Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
  • Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
  • Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience of working in a recruitment agency as a consultant - we are open to level whether its junior or senior.
  • A self-motivated approach to work
  • The ability to identify opportunities and secure new business
  • A tenacious and resilient attitude
  • An ambitious, driven and determined mindset to achieve targets and objectives
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
