Job Description

Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their ongoing expansion at this important time.Our client is looking to recruit an Aftersales Advisor to work at their busy factory in Soham (Cambridgeshire) responsible for management of warranty claims.Key responsibilities will be to:

Collate, process and drive the progress of Warranty Claims from start to finish.
Collaborate internally to ensure that information provided to the client is timely and accurate.
Where applicable provide replacement parts to clients.
Provide warranty reports to the business and identify trends in claims.

You will be able to demonstrate both on CV and at interview:

Exceptional technical knowledge within the automotive industry having worked on engines, turbos or gearboxes
Extremely high attention to detail
A positive proactive attitude and display an ability to identify solutions to problems
