JOB DETAILSPrint Production ManagerHoursMonday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm Must be flexibleSalary £45,000 Excellent benefits packageLocation commutable from: Cambridge, Newmarket, Fen Ditton, March, Downham MarketYour profile The successful Production Print Manager will have a "can do" attitude and have the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as being responsible for leadership and development of the team. You will be required to implement a training plan you have designedto meet the needs of the business. You must be able to encourage a Health & safety culture and have a good Housekeeping mentality. Key deliverables include Managing all Print Production and directives issued by Senior Management.The RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee all Print Production, allocate work schedule, oversee Operational issues relating to machinery breakdowns or maintenance, implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and be responsible for up to 35 people. This will include appraisals, 1-1s, training and development.Regular monitoring of Production plan, Health and Safety, updating SOPS and Quality procedures in a time critical fashion.Person SpecificationHave to have proven track record in successfully managing people and show evidence of decision making and success in high pressured and fast paced environments. Have a good understanding on a mechanical bias of print manufacturing processes and software includingERP. Engineering/Production/Manufacturing backgrounds desired in a Print production environment.In return you will be part of a successful business that is well established in their field.
