Job Description

Our client is looking for aPeople Services Partnerto join theirbusy People Services team in Barway - Ely, providing HR administration support across theirsites.The company is an incredibly exciting place to work, at the forefront of modern food production means its fast-paced, stimulating, and rewarding.They work with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe and want people who will do whats rightfor them and theircustomers.As People Services Partner, you will be involved in supporting the wider HR team and UK business with a variety of administrative tasks in line with HR processes and procedures including:

  • Assist with the creating, inputting and updating employee data within the HR system
  • Asist with creating and generating HR reports and analysis e.g. headcount, absence, new starters
  • Offer Letter and Contract of Employment generation
  • Creating letters to employees regarding various employment matters e.g promotion, transfers, leavers
  • Using a ticketing system to action all People related tasks with the ability to effectively manage / monitor workload
  • Ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance with all processes
  • Obtaining and responding to reference request
  • Induction pack creation and delivery of first day induction
  • Providing support to HR Managers, employees, and Manager communities.
The ideal candidate is a team player with some experience within an HR administration function. Our client is looking for a can-do attitude and someone who thrives in a busy environment.
