Job Description

Are you a Fantastic all-rounder looking to work with my friendly and busy Client in Sohamwhere no two days will be the same! Initial 6month temp role. Very Good Hourly rate !This varied role will include the followingHR & Personnel supportRecruitment: Onboarding: Induction:Personnel management: Project work: FacilitiesEnsure that the process are kept clean, tidy and in good repair.Monthly walk-around of the premises to identify work that needs to be done, from general tidy up to repairsBuilding maintenanceMaintain Maintenance Log for larger buildings projectsWrite specifications and obtain quotes for buildings improvement works from potential suppliersLiaise with building contractorsKeep Facilities Handbook up to dateRenewing energy contracts and insurancesLiaison with external contractors as required i.e.Keep all Premises and Equipment Checks up to date and compliant with CQC requirementsMaintain ancillary waste collections as required including WEEE, ink cartridgesHealth and SafetyFire Officerpoint of contact for Chubb, maintenance, weekly testing of fire alarms, fire drills, inspection of escape routes, fire-fighting equipment, emergency lighting and organising fire warden training. Keeping records up to dateOrganising annual Fire Risk AssessmentCarried out by Prestige Fire. Follow up outstanding actions from Fire Risk AssessmentEmergency Lightingmonthly checks, as well as six monthly check by ChubbCoordinate regular security systems inspectionscarried out by ChubbUpkeep of all H&S Policy documentsEnsure Accident Record book is completed as requiredGeneral Admin and IT Support - back up PoC as requiredAct as a back-up point of contact for basic IT support requests, particularly urgent requestsSmartcardsnew and add to portal. Renew Smartcard certificates and unblock cardsAct as first point of contact in the organisation and signpost patients or staff as requiredProvide general administrative support to the Operations team as required.
