Theywork with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe and want people who will do whatsright for themselves and their customers.As aFactory Technical Lead,you will lead on day-to-day technical decisions within the factory and be responsible for meeting customer expectations and maintaining exemplary standards of food safety and quality of the finished productsbeing produced, this will include compliance with product safety, authenticity, and legal standards. The Factory Technical Lead is also responsible for raw material and product testing in the factory in line with UK and EU legislation.You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high technical quality of products are being produced for theircustomers in line with their specifications as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in line withthe wider technical direction. You will define and work within KPIs for your team ensuring key performance is met in line with customer requirements as well as internal and external audit standards, you will also take a lead on internal audits for other sites.Reporting directly to the Barway Factory Manager, the Factory Technical Lead has management responsibility for a team of QAs and will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate teams.The ideal candidate will have:
