Job Description

Exciting opportunity with our client for an Early Careers & Digital Learning Manager to join their busy Group HR team based in Barway, Cambridgeshire.Our client is an incredibly exciting place to work, at the forefront of modern farming and food distribution means its fast-faced, stimulating and rewarding. They work with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe and want people who will do what’s right for them and their customers.This is a varied role with equal focus on our Early Career programme and their desire to further expand their L&D strategy to include e-learning.Early Career& Farm Management Training Scheme

  • Support the recruitment campaigns and Assessment Centres forEarly CareerGraduates.
  • Lead thedevelopment and growth of theEarly Careersprogramme.
  • Own, develop and review theEarly CareersTalent, Training and Development Plan, working with internal and external stakeholders to procure specific courses or programmes that will enhance their experience and support their personal and professional development.
  • Work withkey stakeholders across the businessto help them to develop theirEarly Careersdevelopment plans, in line with programme requirements,standard requirements and business objectives.
  • Design and lead on delivery of events and programmes
  • Undertake regular reviews withEarly Careers, to monitor their progress towards identified objectives and their learning journey, and to support their achievement and career progression.
  • Central point of contact for allEarly Careers employees across the business, for queries and information.
  • To attend careers fairs, representingtheir FreshEarly Careers.
  • Digital Learning
  • Source and provide relevant business wide e-learning programmes and report on uptake
  • Developexpertiseon L&D system(s)and train others to maximise its useensuring currency and quality of content
  • Use the business competency framework to shape training offerings and report on shift in performance
  • Our client’s ideal candidate has previous experience working in early careers and / or an understanding of recruitment processes as well as an understanding of digital learning.
