Being the first point of contact for the organisation and supporting with HR, Facilities, H&S and General Administration your role plays a vital part to the business. Start: ASAP Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire Duration: 6 month FTC Salary: up to ££25,000 per annum depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours per (flexibility can be offered on the start and finish times with the core hours being 10am - 3pm) NOTE: Due to the nature of the business you will be required to undergo a DBS Check! This will be fully paid by the employer. Duties will include: - Supporting with HR and Recruitment - Completing DBS checks for new staff - Drafting new contracts and carrying out inductions for new starters - Monthly walk-around of the premises to identify work that needs to be done - Arranging for general repairs to be carried out and get quotations for works - Maintain Maintenance Log for larger buildings projects - Renewing energy contracts and insurances - Facilities coordination - Upkeep of all H&S Policy documents - Ensure Accident Record book is completed as required - Ordering office and medical supplies - Keeping records and systems updated - General Admin and IT Support - Provide general administrative support to the Operations team as requiredSkills and Experience: - Previous office administration experience is essential - Highly professional and presentable - Excellent time management and organisational skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work alone and to your own initiative as well as being a team player - Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and help out all members of staff - Positive and proactiveIf you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
