Job Description

Accounts AdministratorAre you looking for your new challenge within a growing team and a company thriving in their industryOur client has a great opportunity for you! Supporting customers with all accounts related queries, advising and assisting whenever needed! This role would be suited to candidate with great customer service and strong computer skills.Start Date: ASAPLocation: SohamHours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per weekDuration: On going, TemporarySalary: £11.00 per hourDuties:

  • Invoicing customers / account holders
  • Resolve any customer queries in a timely manner
  • Follow up outstanding invoices
  • Assist in the set up of new customer accounts
  • Filing and general administration surrounding department files
Skills Required:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft and Excel programmes
  • Great customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team player
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good organisationaland time management skills.
