An exciting opportunity to join the team on a 12 month FTC as a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver several key projects and support the business as a trusted Business Partner – ideally looking for someone to work 3-4 days a weekbased in their offices in Barway, Cambridgeshire.The company is an incredibly exciting place to work, at the forefront of modern farming and food distribution means its fast-faced, stimulating and rewarding. They work with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe and want people who will do what’s right for the company and their customers.They have a number of high profile HR projects to be delivered over the next 12months, working with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders the HR Business Partnerwill scope, co-ordinate and deliver these projects in line with the overall business objectives.They are looking for an individual who has proven experiencemanaging large HR projects across a wide variety of work streams, an understanding of a manufacturing/production environment would be beneficial but not essential.
