Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive profitability through improvement in process stability and quality of products. Monitor process performance, flagging deviations, capturing and documenting learning. Develop workforce skills through capture of bestpractice and training. You will be the link for the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to achieve set time scales and support to meet set production goals, budgets and kpis What you will be doing:

Maintain stores and determine correct stock levels
Issue and receipt goods
Planning of work loads against set tasks on Holistic TPM tasks to monitor and report back through KPIs
To participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and new plant introduction
Agree new tasks and input onto the planned maintenance system, setting schedules and skills needed to complete.
Communicate with inhouse engineering and contractors to agree time scales
Monitor plant and machinery performance
Keep performance records and report back at the job holders weekly meeting.
Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance
To produce and allocate planned maintenance tasks as set on Holistic planned maintenance schedule.
Retrieve data and input results onto system for reporting of work completed and for future data reference for planning of work.
Issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors and to maintain essential stocks, also to achieve availability to meet set plans.
Maintain key spares by the running of a KANBAN system for pumps, motors and gear boxes.

About you:

Previous experience of work planning and coordination
Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels
Good computer skills and the ability to run the Holistic planned maintenance system or similar
Methodically minded
Experience of having actively participated in team briefings or involvement in continuous improvement
Computer literate, including Word and Excel.
Data Analysis skills
