Customer Service AdvisorBased on the outskirts of Newmarket.Monday to Friday ? 09.00 ? 17.30Salary ranging from £21,000 ? 23,000, depending on experienceWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in our busy department, who is ideally computer literature in, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.It is the objective of a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service with the highest standardof communication and care to the customer via email, telephone or fax and to ensure the needs of the customerare being satisfied. The Customer Service Advisor will work with other members of the company to ensure theseobjectives are met.Duties include:? Answering the telephone and providing help and advice to customers? Processing National and International orders? Invoicing and compile Daily Sales report? Monitoring Stock Levels? Helping to print and collate marketing material? Liaising with Sales, Dispatch, Production and International Departments? Issuing credit notes to customers? Handling customer complaints? Keeping accurate records of discussions of correspondence with customers?
