JOB TITLE: Alloy Wheel TechnicianAn exciting opportunity for an Alloy Wheel Technician has arisen at one of our Sites in GUILDFORD, which is opening in JULY/AUGUST, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparing wheels for diamond cutting, Custom & painting/lacquering.YOUR ROLE:As an Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on Alloy wheels, you must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales, Repairs will include standard silver wheels, full-colour change, cosmetic diamond-cut repairs and special effect finishes.YOUR FUTURE AT WHEEL A + E: Your technical knowhow and our state of the art technology will be an unbeatable combination, We are using diagnostic technology in our POD’s that’s years ahead of the competition, it makes our lives easier and gets our customers vehicles back on the road where they belong as quickly as possible, Don’t worry if the digital world is a bit daunting to you at the moment, we’ll make sure you get the support and opportunities to make the most of your future with us.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full training will be given to the successful applicant at Head Office in Portsmouth, you will be trained on using all of our machines.

Once trained you will prepare the wheels in the Wheel A+E Wheel washing machine, Diamond Cutting Machine & the final painting stage for our customers.

To Attend all training programmes as necessary and when instructed

To Maintain a clean and tidy working area at all times

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent the company in professional manner at all times

Ensure processes & procedures are adhered to

Ensure objectives/goals are set with Line manager to facilitate performance appraisal

Ensure high performance levels are maintained
