Job Description

Our client is a nationwide company specialising in the delivery of tailored telecoms & IT solutions to a wide range of businesses.Due to internal promotion, They are now looking for an experienced Billing & Provisioning Co-Ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic key player to join their growing team.What would you be responsible for

Provisioning all orders from sales team and project team
Dealing with suppliers to ensure supply chain runs smoothly
Dealing with incoming customer emails & phone calls (Billing)
Co-ordinate engineers (including 3rd party engineers) for faults and support work where necessary.
Providing excellent customer service and developing standard operating processes
Working closely with the service desk to ensure that the highest level of customer service are adhered to
Customer feedback / questionnaires.
Revenue assurance
Monthly call plan bill generation.
Managing the mailbox with other team members

In-depth experience of professional Customer Services from within a B2B environment.
Knowledge of Telecoms Industry
