Job Description

I am delighted to be recruiting for one of my most long-standing clients who is recruiting a Stock Administrator to join a small team, but to have a big impact on the wider business. This role will suit someone who has previous stock / warehouse experienceand has a proven background in providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in the mobile phone/gadget industry will also support your application.Duties will include:

  • Monitor stock inventories and inform management of status
  • Accurately document claims and repairs information on a repair document/ purchasing orders
  • Interact with suppliers and account managers
  • Booking in new stock and ensuring each has been Quality control tested
  • Quality control checks of all repaired devices
The Person:
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Previous stock/warehouse experience
  • Enjoy working on electronic gadgets -- we will train you on the procedures and processes.
  • Able to organise own workload with suitable time management – must have a strong work ethic
  • Pleasant, personable demeanour (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
  • Strong people skills
