Job Description

I am delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Officer to join a very well-known organisation based near to Shoeburyness in Essex. My client has an established brand and is always growing. They have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate towork within a motivated and supportive team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.305.30.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and management of Customer Retention activities
  • Providing a high level of customer service via outbound and inbound call/email management
  • Provide professional support to clients ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Be proactive and maximise all business opportunities via their products
  • Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required and would include
    • Liaising with insurance providers
    • Claims handling
    • General Administration
    • Dealing with customers queries
  • Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
