Job Description

I am delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Officer to join a very well-known organisation based near to Shoeburyness in Essex. My client has an established brand and is always growing. They have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate towork within a motivated and supportive team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.305.30.Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling and management of Customer Retention activities
Providing a high level of customer service via outbound and inbound call/email management
Provide professional support to clients ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
Be proactive and maximise all business opportunities via their products
Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required and would include
- Liaising with insurance providers
- Claims handling
- General Administration
- Dealing with customers queries
Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
