Citrus Recruit is excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive for a Solihull based events and buying company.This is a brand-new role as part of a marketing re-brand and re-structure that has happened this year, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to deliver on events and trade show projects by managing all aspects of marketing including; supporting web and digitalpresence, creating marketing campaigns, writing and delivering content and supporting with event management.This is a key role where relationship management is really important, managing suppliers, 3rd party marketing partners, internal stakeholders whilst working as part of a strong marketing team.This established company has been trading for over 50 years, and have developed themselves to be a leading buying brand primarily in the retail and fashion sectors.This is a great opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team in a really varied role.Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:* Develop and execute marketing plans for trade shows and events venue, aligning with overall marketing strategy.* Manage marketing budgets and track marketing results.* Develop and manage marketing relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders, creating pro-active and reactive press management for all shows.* Create and manage marketing content, including website content, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.* Oversee the production delivery of event materials, working with creative and printers and events and product teams to deliver on time and .* Oversee the delivery and new/updated sponsorship packages to maximise income for the business and exposure for the sponsor.* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.* Work with other departments to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the overall business goals.Skills & experience required.* Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field or marketing qualification* 3+ years of experience in marketing* Experience with social media marketing, web content management* Experience of creating photography, video content and digital design beneficial* Experience of using event management software* Working knowledge of HTML, web CMS and CRM* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others to successfully deliver tasks, projects, and campaigns.* A professional, credible, and confident communicator, with excellent writing, oral, editorial, and proofreading skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels and influence key stakeholders.* Excellent organisational and time-management skills - both self and team activities.* Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and an enquiring mindBenefits* Salary of up to £27,500* Hybrid working 3 days in the office (Flexible on days but Monday is a must being in)* 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (Christmas closure)* Can purchase 5 days holiday.* Birthday leave* Pension* Employee assistance program* Additional benefits through a salary sacrifice scheme.* Car parkingCitrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
