Job Description

AdministratorOur client, located in Shipdham, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their well-established team.This is a full time, temporary position, working Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00 with 30 minutes for lunch on an ongoing temporary basis.About you:

  • Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and experience of staff confidentiality as you will be working alongside the Human Resources Department
  • Friendly, organised, efficient.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.
  • Proactive and methodical approach to your workload.
As the Temporary Administrator, you will be able to undertake a variety of different duties.Some tasks will involve:
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Creating files
  • Organisation of HR documents
  • Data Entry
  • Other general administration duties as and when required
