Job Description

Our prestigious client located in Shipdham, are currently seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their well-established team.As the Finance Supervisor, you will report to the Finance Director and monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.This is a full time, permanent position.Job duties:

Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
To provide assistance financial information presented to management (including the Board if applicable).
Monthly stocktake
Management of weekly wages process & pension
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Management of purchase ledger procedures
Credit check potential customers
Oversee financial department employees
Calculations of costings (including activity-based cost) required for decision making
Management of sales debtor procedures & credit control
General managing of accounts and reception areas.
Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Assistance with the year-end audit (procedure, compliance and preparing reports to finalise the process).
Monitoring fixed assets and depreciation and maintaining the register.
Any financial analysis which may be deemed relevant to the business needs.
Authorise pricing credits
Management of Sales order processing procedures
