Windows, Doors and Convervatory Fitter Installer required in Shepperton, Surrey.Due to the increased demand for our clients products, Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Roofline replacements, they are now seeking an experienced Installer / Fitter or Installation team to work for them on a full-time basis, preferably on a self-employed basis.The company has been established for nearly 40 years. They are a well-respected and established business that have been supporting Customers for many years.The role of the Installer / Installation Team will be to install new Aluminium & PVCU windows, doors and conservatories for their Customers across Middlesex, Surrey and sometimes a little further afield. They pride ourselves on their reputation and Customer recommendations, so this role is really important in continuing to deliver the best Customer experience all the time .Who is the Ideal Candidate The Installation Team / Installer will be onsite in Customers homes to fit their new window, doors and conservatories. It is therefore important that you are well presented, friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate with Customers . You will need to have good verbal and written communication skills.You will need to be a good team player, reliable, punctual, and hard working. It is a very physical role so you will need to be strong, physically fit, and able to undertake frequent heavy lifting and climbing ladders. You will need to be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions, with ideally a proven track record of committing to this type of work before.Working Monday to Friday, with Saturday work also when the need arises.Applicants should have the following:Substantial experience of installing Aluminium & PVCU windows, doors & Conservatories to domestic properties with particular attention to Bi Folding, Patio & Composite Doors, Conservatories & Roof Lights.The ability to install and finish to a very high standard on a continual basis is absolutely essential and ensure the customer has a satisfying experience with the Company.MTC (Minimum Technical Competencies) – RegisteredPublic Liability Cover Insurance - £5,000,000 minimum if you wish to work on a self-employed basis instead of an employed oneVehicle can be supplied if requiredYou should have good Personal & Work ReferencesC V covering last 10 yearsDriving licence – we would need to know of any convictions, or points & this will be checkedEarning potential from £35,000 to £50,000 p.a
