Job Description

Graduate Mechanical Engineer - £28,000 - £32,000 for 4 days per week, Fridays off - based in Shepperton, MiddlesexProvide engineering support to all areas of production to include:

Become familiar with silicon wafer dicing, the sputtering and lapping process, laser welding and wire bonding process plus all aspects of the Machines.
Maintain the machines
Specifying and writing of dicing programs
Designing and producing fixtures to suit
Implement improvements to current processes
Take over operator duties as required and become familiar with all aspects of the assembly of products.
