Job Description

Are you on the lookout for a varied and challenging Service Coordinator role with opportunities for progressionPerhaps you come from a customer service/scheduling/coordinating background and would be excited at the prospect of joining an International companyIdeally you would have worked in a varied customer service or administration role and have experience in managing key customer expectations.Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Engineering Industry leader on the lookout to find the right individual to join their expanding team!Job title: Service CoordinatorJob type: permanent - full-timeSalary: £28k - £32kHours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30Location: Office based - SheppertonRole responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:

  • Scheduling workload, including all repairs, planned maintenance and breakdowns
  • Working closely with internal and external customers
  • Working closely with key customers to drive productivity from the field team
  • Working closely and communicating with internal departments regarding ETAs Keeping communication with customers and providing them with regular updates
  • Conduct regular service reviews with key customers
Desirable skills of a Service Coordinator:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good timekeeping skills
