Customer Experience Associate – VIP Clients – Shepperton – £22,000 basic + benefitsA successful, market-leading delivery partner in the events sector is looking for a highly skilled, Customer Experience Associate to help looking after their VIP Clients.Our client support corporate companies to maximise fundraising revenues. They currently support over 140 events a year and pride themselves in their ability to maximise the fund raised at the events and their service that goes with it.The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, helping to shape the direction of their fast-growing business.Benefits

Job role

Data entry issuing vouchers through the CRM
Raising invoices
Managing a pipeline of 60-80 bookings at one time. These vary from Private Dining, Meal Reservations, Hotel and Spa Stays.
Building strong relationships with VIP clients
